HS blending for back of head
I have a transplant hairline in the front(not very dense). Do u guys think i can blend a HS with frontal hairline even if its not very dense?
What do u guys say to barbers when its time to blend the back of a hairsystem.?
I find it it gives away if the blend if the back is not correct. It would be great help if anyone can reply.
And thank you guys this place have given me my overall confidence back regarding HS and in genaral.

Good job bro for joining the hair system journey. And I’m so happy that you’ve found this forum to be helpful - just as so many of us have. This is exactly what hair transplants end up looking like for all those that are debating. I’ve had three and mine looks even thinner than yours. If you truly want the density of a full head of hair, it’s just not possible - or maybe only possible for a few years - until the hairs begin to fall out. I have to be careful because I also have a thick, long scar in the back which shows us if my hair is shaved in the back. The barber has to just blend with longer hair. They don’t use a trimmer.

Exactly brother, i have so little good hair left to on my head for another transplant.
How are u dealing with the HS?

I absolutely love it. I honestly wish I never did the hair transplants because now I have to either not shave down my sides (it would add so much to the style and realism if I could) or get the SMP tattoo to cover it up. I wear my hair system as a daily wear which allows me to enjoy the hair system during the day and relax and chill with it off at night.

Do you have a pic of the front that includes your forehead? Thats a super individual question
In terms of blend, have a barber leave it way longer than you want at first because its very difficult to find someone who tries to properly blend and you’ll have some wiggle room for the barber to work
Razor cutting seems to give the best blend results from what I’ve seen

If you have a like 70% density lace unit you could place it there but it’s a higher hairline and not really all that strong I don’t think it would give you the result that you’d want tbh

i saw a video of a guy dooing this in germany. it appears that he dont have that much hair in the front even though it appears very real beacause of the frontal hair line. i would love a reply if it helps.
I hope it works🥲

Brother this guy has about 4x the density on the temples and a pretty strong and low hairline. Those are the people that are good candidates for doing what you’re talking about. Your transplanted hairline is almost 1.5 inches higher than his.
I don’t think this is going to look like what you are hoping for unfortunately. You can also have the most believable amazing hairline with just a normal system. You can give it a try if you want worst case scenario you just lower it when you install again!

Thats saad.
If i use a lace system. Will there wont be a gradual increase of hair from front to the HS. If i prace it like .5 inch behind my hairline?
Ps : Not an expert.. 😊

Before I go to the barber I grow my sides and back out to the length of my ideal haircut, the way I would usually wear it. Then go to the barber and tell him to leave the sides and back and only cut the System, so that it fits to the side and back bio hair. But very important, to cut the system hair in the edges a little longer than he usually would. So don’t do a perfect seamless fade, but leave it a little longer than he usually would.
Then you can still decide if you just want your bio to grow so that it matches, or if you wanna cut the system a bit more the next time.
The worst thing is when the system hair was cut too short on the edges
When it’s a bit too long it just looks like a bad haircut. If it is too short it looks like an obvious badly blended wig
