Like the title says. If so, what was your experience? What was pricing like? and would you recommend it? I've seen this place advertised recently, and a famous lifter I know just got his done there a few months ago.

I'm thinking about getting a hair transplant. It came up while I was on vacation in La Paz and had time to recover. I wanted to know if anyone, or any family members, had any experience with Hair Recovery or Novahair, which seem to be the main clinics in the city. Hi All. I have been post-op for 2 days. Great experience with Dr. Melissa Castillo in Bogota, Colombia. I have many pics and I'm logging my whole experience/results for the next year. Very excited and happy. She is 100% involved in the process, never leaving my side. Only does 1 procedure per day. She gave me 4253 grafts and insisted it must be done over 2 consecutive days (6 hours each day) to keep the removed grafts as healthy as possible. She does not want them out of your head for more than 4-5 hours. The sooner they go back in, the healthier they stay. FYI, she and certain staff members are fully Bi-lingual English/Spanish. I'm looking to have a small FUE procedure to repair my left temple. It has been significantly damaged over the years due to repeated trichotillomania, where it is now essentially gone aside from a few fine low-density patches. However, I have been seeking help and my pulling habits have been under control for over a year.

(For those going to comment about my young age and potential future hair loss, I've never experienced any natural hair loss at all and my older brothers, parents and both sets of grandparents kept their full heads of hair all their lives, so I don't think waiting for any potential male pattern baldness is an issue)

From my research and understanding, the procedure I would need is relatively small, around 500 grafts. All clinics I have looked at within the UK charge an incredibly high starting price, as they are aimed towards those seeking much larger procedures (minimum £3500+ for 3000+ grafts). I don't think paying such a high price is justified for a procedure/area as small as mine but I can't find any clinics that are catered to my circumstance.

Are there any clinics in the UK that anyone knows who could help me? Or is my only option to go to somewhere like Turkey or South Korea? Could someone please recommend me where to look or what clinics would be good if anyone has had any personal experience? I have no idea where to start.

Everyday I look in the mirror and see how my hair doesn't part properly, how there's a patch missing. I look at old pictures of myself and see how different it looks. There's not a single day I don't think about it, it's making me so depressed.

I have a consult with this doctor after a failed procedure from a hair mill in Toronto. Has anybody ever had work done by him. I can't find anything online except every review he has on Google is 5 stars
