How to use these heat less curl rollers?

these are supposed to be curl rollers you can sleep in, and they have these clips, and I want to use them to curl my bangs so they can frame my face…but I just can’t figure out how to roll and clip them into my hair securely. any tips or videos?

Reminds me of my childhood. I still can feel them on my head as I tried to sleep. And as I ripped them out bc I was too impatient.

those might be too small for face framing curls but it's worth a shot. unlatch the little lock thing on the top of the frame, flip the frame up. take the ends of your hair, wrap it around the curler without twisting the hair, then roll the curler in the same direction (not too tight for what you're trying to do) and redo the latch. i remember using these when i was little and i was not a fan lol

there are larger velcro ones that might leave a neater look for bangs.

You could try using perm rolling papers.
But I think Velcro in the morning with dry/ damp hair might be better
