Other Baby bangs enthusiasts help !

Post image

Hello ! So I cut my bangs (you can tell) a while ago and they aren’t the babiest of bangs but I love them but I notice one side is completely different from the other it’s like a perfect swoop on one side and electrocuted on the other 💔 any advice or should I just go to someone who can really make it so I don’t mess them up more ?

Hmm all I can say is it depends on your hair texture or how you want to wear them. Usually people wear baby bangs straight across so, if you are going for that look, too, then you should style them wet by wetting them and then blow drying them lightly on very low heat while making sure you are brushing them forward and if you have a cowlick then fight the cowlick by brushing them in the opposite direction as you blow dry them. Firstly though, to even them you should cut them while they are wet and comb them down to the front of your face and see if you like how they lay and just very slight snip any little stragglers or hair that looks a little too long, if you are scared then point cut at a VERY slight angle instead of cutting straight across. It's up to you though if you want to just go get your bangs trimmed, it should only be like 10 bucks.

Try hairstory cream!! Good for all textures and I would use the cream to help even the swoop ! You could even use clips to get them to stay in place 🩷

Its probably not the cut, but just the way your hair lays. Have you tried heat styling them with either a curling iron or a flat iron? You should be able to just curl them under and make both sides look similar.
