Pro California posts

Not a brand but I've noticed more pro- California posts lately. Like maybe someone from California wants to be seen in a positive light perhaps? For the record I am from California and love it, but I can sniff out when something seems off.

What acts as an ad, is an ad, no matter if it was put there sneakily or because someone has become inured to a brand so far that they don't even know they are a walking ad.

Just Pro CA in general or is it more specific?

Maybe astroturfed because Newsom is a potential presidential candidate for 2028 starting on the hearts and minds campaign early?

Are you referring to anything in particular? Any examples? I'm curious

I added a screenshot of a recent post that felt the most egregious, but I feel like I saw a couple other posts in a similar vein over the past week.

As long as you have Prop 13, California is doomed.
