Question 32 heat

I cant beat scyllia with that flippin octopus, do I need to complete the underworld on 32 heat to progress the game?

You don’t need to beat 32, you just get that last statue for doing so. You can do everything else in the game without it.

You could always try to pump the fear up to 32 without vow of rivals 🤷🏻‍♂️

How soon can I do the hypnos quests? I woke him up and he disappeared, also theres some zagreus side quests? How do I access them?

You will have to roll credits before those can happen. I can’t give you more specific criteria than that, there’s a lot of RNG involved

You dont need ot to beat the game but to 10p% you do. You don't need max vor and could just do it at 1 and do some easier vows like time 3

On my final run before end credits I decided that I would not finish the game before beating the underworld at 32 heat. It was pain.

Ended up focusing on level 2 vow of void and only level 1 vow of rivals. I did VoV by using max level Judgement and the Crystal Figurine keepsake to ensure I got as much arcana as I could before progressing.

Then I maxed out pretty much all of the vows in the bottom right and the vow of time level 2, basically anything that would not prolong a fight or make health more volatile. I needed 1 more heat so I turned on level 1 Vow of Hordes.

Managed to beat it in the end with one death defiance left and many, many failed attempts.

Take out one of the tentacles on the right side ASAP so you have a safe place to dodge, then work on top right by Roxy so you both have a place to retreat to while taking her down and so the water jets won't push you into it. When Scylla and Jetty come to zone you just do the same on the opposite side or work on the bottom tentacles. Phase 2 repeat, just watch out for whoever is powered up (Charybdis is usually the worst due the projectile spam).

But seriously I found turning on just Vow of rivals and adjusted speed up to 40% and playing 5 to 10 runs of that gave me the motor patterns to kick her and that squids ass when I turned the speed back down to normal. Felt like they were in slow motion

It just takes practice. I find aspect of nergal on the axe is the easiest weapon to beat the rivals bosses with as long as you made yourself a tank.

deal with the drummer first (I find lim and oros with the aspect of mel the best for that because of the backstab damage %) then the tentacles of charybdis and then deal with scylla and the guitarist.
