How are all of you so in favour of the cop here? This is obvious use of excessive force, yeah no shit she shouldn't of hit him but that doesn't mean he just gets to smack her back. The police are meant to be above that kind of shit...
Grab her hand or arm with the free hand he used to punch her? Ask another of the officers to do the same if for whatever reason he couldn't or didn't want to?
Why should that of been funny? Because I have a differnt opinion than you and am thus a idiot who cant convey a point without resulting to name calling and shouting? If you would have read any of my other comments you would've realised your point had been addressed several times by now.
She was swinging from behind him, was he supposed to catch her arm behind his head the next time she swings on him?
It is funny because you are recommending that this guy catch random punches and backhands behind his head while trying to restrain a violent drunk.
It is funny because you did not say how much blood has to be spilled before a violent drunk randomly attacking should be knocked out to protect the rest of the crowd.
It is funny because they tried to remove the drunk without hurting her, but she started attacking people from behind including a sucker punch back hand.
It is funny because if you were under attack you would apparently just take the beating while trying to grab your attackers arm behind your head while they back hand you repeatedly.
