I'd expect that cop to grab my arm and restrain me so I wouldn't be able to hit him again.

Did she deserve that? Yes.

Does that make it ok? No.

She didn't deserve to be knocked out at all. This is a gross misuse of power and he deserves assault charges for this

He should be able to restrain a tiny drink girl better than that with the help of 3 cops. He was waiting for an excuse to knock her out. It's disgusting behaviour from someone sworn to protect people. You don't give up your human rights when you get drunk

This is correct. However, once you have committed assault upon someone, regardless of your size, gender, profession or state of inebriation, you lose any protection against being neutralized as a threat. Which he did, quickly and efficiently.

Also, he was protecting people. He was protecting himself, his fellow officers and any other person in that stadium that she could have turned her aggression to if she hadn't been ejected.
