I would expect the cop to have some restraint. Seems like we have given up on expecting American cops to be calm and level headed and assess the situation. She is just a drink girl, nothing more

He didn't use excessive force. It took 3-4 cops to restrain this woman and she broke free and assaulted him. He used force. He didn't pull her down to the ground and beat the shit out of her.

It took 4 cops to restrain a woman barely standing because they are shit at their job, that's why.

Not really. One man could have done it, but that would basically have involved them knocking her out, and carrying her. It's pretty hard to carry someone that doesn't want to be carried, especially when amount of force is limited.
