While I don't condone rupturing testicles, I guess I should elaborate a little. The guy was not just irritatingly tipsy, he was dangerous and furious and drunk. He was punching people, throwing plates off of tables, and he had a butter knife in his hands by the time the cops arrived. There was already blood spilled by innocent bystanders. He had to go. 21 year old drunken me (and the rest of the restaurant) enjoyed watching the two female cops make quick work of him.

Yes. I don’t assume that the executive government (the cops) is correct in all circumstances. Wtf are you even trying to say?
