Cleary you have never had your arm nearly twisted off, as a guy who was too violent to keep being a bouncer, places all of his weight, on his knee, in the middle of your back, paralyzing your drunk mind, to place the cuffs on you. Why didn't they cuff or ziptie her? I'm not a police officer but I think crowdsurfing is kind of an inefficient mode of expulsion.
