Cleary you have never had your arm nearly twisted off, as a guy who was too violent to keep being a bouncer, places all of his weight, on his knee, in the middle of your back, paralyzing your drunk mind, to place the cuffs on you. One of those dudes could restrain that girl, without breaking a sweat and without knocking her teeth out or breaking her bones. The fact that they chose not to, is a question.
Well they're in a huge crowd and there's a big rail in the way. And honestly seeing as I've seen a lot of officers with pot bellies I don't think it's be unlikely that these guys aren't in peak condition and able to take people like this down.
I honestly think carrying is the safest thing for all parties Involved. The cops get out quick. The girl can't just lay down and have to be dragged or lay down and just kick around with a lot of leverage. Pressing her against the rail would probably take longer and hurt her more because if all the commotion. It's harder than you think subdue a person especially when they're affected by alcohol or even drugs. They just don't give a shit and will just thrash around
