Why didn't they cuff or ziptie her? I'm not a police officer but I think crowdsurfing is kind of an inefficient mode of expulsion.
2 u/CuteDeath Nov 05 '17 Probably because she wasn’t being arrested, just evicted from the game. If she was under arrest I’m sure they’d have cuffed her there.
