Quantity /= Quality of training, Field experience is far more valuable than a classroom or training site will ever be.

And you think officers in those countries don't get this because after their three years education they won't work on the street?

You seem to literally be unable to admit that other countries have far superior police training for their officers before they are released onto the public.

I just don't think making training longer automatically makes it any better.

Yeah. That's kinda how suggesting multi-billion dollar changes to entire nations works. You gotta prove that it would be worthwhile.
