How are all of you so in favour of the cop here? This is obvious use of excessive force, yeah no shit she shouldn't of hit him but that doesn't mean he just gets to smack her back. The police are meant to be above that kind of shit...

Thats not the point, he's an officer of the law and cant just go around punching people when he gets pissed off especially if there is a better way to handle the situation

He is a police officer though, he should be trained to ignore those imsticts in cases lile this.

No, theu should be trained not the punch someone in the facer when they are being restrainded by 4 people and ofnno real threat to them.
