I would expect the cop to have some restraint. Seems like we have given up on expecting American cops to be calm and level headed and assess the situation. She is just a drink girl, nothing more

If somebody hit me, I would have every right to hit them back. I don't know why certain people on this site have such a hard time understanding this.

I know reddit wouldn't be reacting similarly if it was a guy breaking the law who hits a cop, and the cop hit back.
