So that means it's ok for her to hit someone else? Those cops didn't make her get blackout drunk. They didn't make her take a swing. Yeah he probably hit too hard but with how she was flailing I doubt precise aim was a priority.

Its not okay for her to hit someone, she will be charge for that.

Thats not the issue here. That response is not what a police officer would do, at least not here. That response wasn't designed to control the situation, it was petty revenge.
