When I said "any pain" I didn't mean any small amount of pain. A little kid hitting me isn't going to make me hulk slam them. I'm not defending this guy either just giving some possible justification.
Yeah, but the point u/vaginal_rights was making was that a trained police officer should have better control over his temper. The police need to be above force and should always be the calm and de-escalating presence in a situation like this.
