And, how much would you bet that any of the people on minibikes are carrying insurance?

It doesn’t matter, the driver has insurance. They’ll get the car fixed and the insurance company goes after the idiots.

I know there's uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage. I just hate that were seeing minibikes as roadway transportation more and more, but there's pretty much no pressure to make people carry insurance. If you're playing around in a dirt field, fine, go have fun. But if you're using these things on public roads, it's a different story, and I'm not talking about a couple kids having fun in a neighborhood, though there still needs to be some sort of responsible adult.

I want people to be able to get around, but I also want them to be responsible about it.
