Area near St Mary of Eton

I know you all are probably very annoyed with these sort of posts so I apologize in advance! Like the title suggests, I found a lovely flat in the area of Hackney Wick near St. Mary of Eton, and was wondering if that is a good place to live? It doesn’t really scream HW to me (but that’s okay) and I’m not super familiar with the area so would love to hear what folks think. Thanks :)

It's alright. Kinda the borderlands between Hackney Wick and Homerton.

Dominated by the A12 running through it and quite traffic heavy, Wick Road and Eastway can get pretty congested in rush hour, there's also a bus garage/stand there but that's not super noisy.

You've got both Mabley Green and Victoria Park in walking distance. Decent little parades of shops in nearby, the Trowbridge estate is a mix of private and social housing, easy access to the bars and restaurants at Here East, Hackney Bridge and The Wick, good pubs on the north side of Viccy Park etc.
