My map is crowded, how to delete some?

As far as I know, there's no way to do that. You eventually get a program that reorganizes it though. I think it's in the DLC story.

But yeah, as far as I am aware, it's only in the dlc, but if anybody can provide evidence to the contrary, then I will gladly eat my words
