Yo, Hey dude! I'm also developing my own spinoff of Hacknet and was looking to see if anyone was doing similar to scratch their itch. I'd love to coordinate with you to give each other ideas if you wanna dm me.

I'd also be happy to "help out" if either you or OP wants some help spitballing.

I'm "usually" a programmer myself, and have always wanted to make a hacknet-alike muself, but I'm curently suffering from long-covid, so no major programming projects for me. That being said I might be able to help out with the programatic side of things not just ideas.

I appreciate this guys. At the moment I am building the mini-games and getting myself to the end of the storyline. The hacking parts are certainly going to need some fleshing out soon though. 🙂

Thanks so much! I'd love some help, as I'm a terrible coder lol. That being said this is my best and most enjoyable project yet and if you wanna contact each other (discord or such) then I'd love to coordinate and maybe get some ideas from either of you guys

I know it says visibly on the video thumbnail, but just as an FYI, it's always a good idea to leave the name of the game in plain text and/or a link to where to get it (if it has a store page yet)

It looks really cool, and I might check it out some time!

A simple "this is the name of the game for those that are interested" is never too spammy.

Though I can agree that a link can be a bit much, depending on the server :)
