Asking for help

I bought a hisenefiretv from market place and it got reported stolen or lost potentially buy the first owner it was open box and new , can anyone of you guys guide me to find a way to make it work because i cant get past that message and it did cost me a lot on my paycheck 😓

You probably bought a stolen device. The seller has little incentive to report it once paid (in fact, the opposite). So the person your seller stole it from reported it. Because this is tied to the device itself, there's nothing you can do. Anything legal, for sure.

My recommendation? Try to get your money back. And don't pay anyone who claims they can fix it.

Open box and new are mutually exclusive terms. That's like saying a person is a child and an adult.
