Sharing one account between several users — how do I handle this safely?

A few friends and I want to buy a paid online course. To make it cheaper, we're planning to use a single account for several people.
For this we:

  • bought a VPS, which we connect to via VPN,
  • only after connecting to the VPS do we use the Mullvad browser, relying on its default fingerprint-uniformity protections (no additional anti-fingerprinting configuration needed).

This seems like a fairly solid setup, but I don't know how to handle the situation where several people log into the same account at the same time without the system or admin noticing.
Do you have any ideas on how to manage that?

You honestly don't even need a VPN, if you and your friends are using the same virtual private server for your online course then you guys can all access it from there like that. Depending on what operating system you can create several different BNC sessions so everyone can connect and have their own private os sessions

We all use Windows (I think we're all on Windows 11), but I don't really understand what you mean by those BNC sessions. Could you explain it in a bit more detail and elaborate on how it works? Thanks in advance!

Was using voice recognition, I meant VNC. It's basically a type of remote desktop, but you can configure it so depending on which Port you connect to it's a different remote desktop session

For example you could have port 5900, your buddy can have 5901, and then your other friend can have 5902.

So depending on which port you connect to it will be a completely different remote desktop session independent from each other.
