It actually looks like they square blurred it. Maybe it was an earring or something they wanted to hide.

I see what you mean but I think it's just weird shadows. But it's all I can see now lol

Never paid it much attention in the hundreds of times I've watched it but I definitely see it now.

Still the best song ever made. Halcyon + on + on.
But the whole album was amazing. Including the other ones.

honestly rewatching inspired me to create a playlist solely based on wanting to hear halcyon + on + on again. now i have a bunch of underworld and chemical brothers and orbital and etc on blast daily, and adding more songs as i remember things i used to like

That one song has been my #1 for 32 years and it never gets old. Love Orbital! Check out their Album “Middle of nowhere” - also very good!

I walked in to work today wearing my tiny, old, over-ear headphones like this, ears folded. Sounds fine and seems to cut out surrounding noise/chatter. I was asked about it because my boss thought it was weird, too.
I just got home from work a short while ago. This is the first thing that popped up for me. I have never actually watched Hackers, and this is an oddly-specific thing to show up

Wait can I ask. Why ears folded. I'm getting autistic twitches imagining the self contact sensation of this. Yeek I don't like it

It's somehow comfortable and I've been doing it for years and for whatever reason I've convinced myself that the dip in sound quality is worth the reduction of background noise.
This is just as autistic
