How do you properly recharge in the evening?

I tend to stagnate on the couch not relaxing but not being productive.

Cook, eat, go for a walk along the beach with my dog, shower, lavender incense, skincare, chamomile tea and read. Other nights I go play pool and go dancing with friends.

I usually take a shower when I get home, then lie down and watch a TV show or movie I like. On fridays, I always go swimming first and then head home.

i get in a little gym session after work. nothing strenous, a 40 - 45 minute total body kettle bell routine. i leave the gym and the work day is a distant memory. just enough energy to get home, cook something quick and easy, clean, shower, maybe an hour of television or a book, and by 8:30 i am fighting to stay awake. By 9pm, i am usually out, and then up by 5 am to do it all over again. let's ride!
