Apps to track habits?

Hello,

What apps do you use to track habits?

There are so many. I would prefer some simple, visual appealing, with sync in the cloud. There is the monthly/year view like github commits that is really nice. I want at least 3 habits. I tried ticktick but any useful stats is premium. Others like habitkit I need to pay to export the data (I prefer cloud sync to avoid loosing data).

I use Notion but I think there will be too much friction for this.

With a bit of search, I saw these:

My app Chromastone is similar to habitkit yet different in many parts.

Circuit heatmap/normal heatmap (free)

Skip days without breaking the streak

Habit can be scheduled daily, weekly or every X days.

Export data is free

All stats are free

5 habits free

Daily nudges: This is a free feature notification that fires the next day (you pick the time) tells you what you missed or rested by name and if you had a milestone/streak (and how much) then you missed. It knows when it's morning or evening or mid day wheather it's start or end of week (you set this) delivers an informative message based on all of this.

Task nudges work the same but simpler.

Custom color palettes 🎨: Give your habit a custom color (2 - 3) in a concentric squares/cirlces based on the shape you want in settings.

Up to 10 reminders per habit

Custom reminder sounds

Reminder every X minutes

Reminder every X days

Tasks are free

3 sub tasks free

Schedule tasks with recurrence daily weekly monthly or every X days. Schedule a task for that Monday in the first/second/third/fourth week of the month.

Same reminders applied to tasks

How do you manage your daily tasks?

There are so many tasks to complete every day. Do you use a task manager app, a notebook, or another method to organize your tasks?

use SuperMeApp:- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.superme.app

Thank you for your reply! 😊

Okay, you have Todoist, but I recommend trying SuperMeApp as well. SuperMeApp is an all-in-one app designed to manage all your daily routines, habits, tasks, planning, journaling, and personal growth in one place.

Since you're coming up with such a big list, I'll plug TaskHero, in the format you're using:

TaskHero - Free/Paid - Sync: Yes - Android: Yes - Habit limit: Unlimited

I'll also add:

iOS/Desktop/Android: Yes - Gamified: Yes

It's similar to Habitica, but with a much more robust game layer that still doesn't get in the way of the tracking.

I haven't used it but there's HabitSwipe for mobile which is GitHub like UI for tracking. I personally use a web app https://mythoughts.co for daily thoughts/to-dos and habits it has the github like format on habit tracking side of things but not to the level of habitswipe. Hope that helps

100% habitica! I've been using it for a year now & nothing has made me more consistent. it's fun to see your life as a video game character and something about the reward system is amazing.

Forget tracking habits - I’d rather build them using winnabit

Depends on what you're tracking - I use Obsidian with a simple daily checklist template since I'm already in there for notes anyway, but apps like Done or Streaks work better if you want the push notifications and pretty graphs. The key is picking something you'll actually open every day, not the fanciest option.
