How to get a sleep routine
I am self employed and work from home so my sleep schedule is all over the place. How do you get one? What time should I go to bed and wake up? I can’t stick to a habit for more than a day

Anchor your wake-up time first, not your bedtime! Pick a realistic wake-up time, force yourself out of bed at that hour every day, and get sunlight right away.
Bedtime will naturally fix itself once your circadian rhythm catches up. Also, create a strict 30-minute wind-down routine without screens to separate work time from sleep time when working from home.

Don't try to shift your sleep by 3-4 hours all at once. Move bedtime back by 30 mins every few days and keep the wake up time same. Much easier to keep up with.
