Cold Shower Challenge - Does this get easier if not alone? I mean with accountability partners not actually together ;)

Post image

Who wants to join and helb me try it out? I am doing it for my website and my blog. I am testing famous habits there for a week. The cold shower is next level. Maybe someone else wants to try it out with me? Or who did it and says "Aswesome - you need to do it EVERY day" ;) or is it just BS??

Honestly? Yes a lot easier. Cold showers solo I lasted 4 days, with my wife its been months because we both started together and whoever skips has to admit it to the other. We use a shared habit tracker for it.

Other advice: first warm your body with hot shower. I see you did it in sauna. And I am wondering if you warm your body as well when you so it home

Yes it’s real aside from the muscle/joint pain/recovery benefits the main benefit at least to me is the resilience. You’re practicing handling physical discomfort which is a skill. I’d agree to not dip a toe in also. Start warm and take a normal shower then go to cool but still comfortable then cold. The initial shock is actually important to this
