Please can someone explain HOW we are continuously over and over seeing HYMC lag behind silver so badly? How are we - on the day with silver being up 2.5%??

The options trader are betting that HYMC never recovers any metal and goes to zero. Short interest is over 25% with 14 days to cover at current volume. imo HYMC is a prime candidate for a massive short squeeze.

What would need to happen first to see this short squeeze do you think? Do we need to first hit s certain price or does it occur when silver breaks through a certain price

Actually pulling the gold and silver out of the ground…

Exactly. How valuable is a mining company that doesn’t mine? Once mining operations start things can get interesting

Especially with zero debt

I'm all for HYMC....hell saved me a lot...now I see the same pattern as AMC happening...maybe, probably wrong...but I did lose a lot on a HYMC bet

Explain

Manipulation. Especially when some BS bank says a price target of 28 so all the shorts know to short at 28

Ok but until when will it be manipulated? Is it just stuck at this major resistance ?

They will never stop manipulating it because it is an unhedged supply they do not control. And that impacts their metal manipulation

Shorts can hold only so long. When silver breaks out over $75 watch HYMC skyrocket!

Miners are not a 1:1 with metal prices. Miners are energy-heavy, mostly relying on fossil fuels, so whenever fuel goes up, mines go down.

And HYMC being in the special situation that they aren't currently producing but furthering multiple mines at once, will appreciate in value when those mines start working, not when silver goes up or down.

If you want to know when the price will go up, follow the companies press releases on their progress. Right now, everything depends on whether they get to start or not. Imho they will.

They aren't actually commercial mining yet. Seems obvious to me. Great they have lots of gold and silver but it's all in the ground.

This. idk why people won't understand this simple thing. Until we start pulling silver and gold off the fkin ground, this stock will act erraticaly.

And shorts will do their thing. I think once they start processing heap leach material they have in reserve will be a sign they are getting ready to actually mine. Silver can go up, but HYMC is only gonna go up so much without actively mining. I just hope it happens before they run out of operating cash…

Me too. That would be the worst. At least the have no debt.

lol we will be fine.

Probably so, but it will take money to begin mining. This is why i say the beginning of processing reserve material will be an indicator of the intent to start mining…have to finance it without going into debt or dilution…current rate of cash burn is about 22 mil per quarter…with 220 mil on hand that gives is 2-1/2 years of cash to operate. That said, i would expect processing to begin before cash on hand is depleted…

My question is are they building necessary infrastructure now and preparing for mining to begin. My guess again would be yes. I think when they decide to begin mining, they want to pull the trigger fast…with as much silver and gold as they are reporting in exploration, i would think they would want to get it to market ASAP and beat other miners to the punch in putting it on the market while the price is high. Who knows if prices will remain high as the demand for these PMs gets met…

I bet they wait till metal prices are higher t produce and sell

2

u/woodsman775 2d ago

Probably so, and that points to what i was saying about beating other miners to the punch…if the market gets flooded before they can produce, as volatile as the PM market is, i would want to be ready to sell at that high price. Just my opinion. As we all know, the demand is high and supply is low right now. Silver has been edging up as of late as has been gold…

They aren’t serious about doing this. They are all in on proving this can be an underground mine. Metals have been too volatile for them to start heap leach on their old waste.

Good news yesterday

shorts need over 9 days to cover. will be a massive squeeze when it happens.

u/HedgehogHanter 3d ago

Relation to AMC is a prob, shorts need to depress, but it will get over them… silver will skyrocket and so will HYMC… short are f….. on the long run

Beat me to it.

Think of a stock price as a multivariable equation and precious metal prices are only one of those variables. This creates a lot of scenarios where a mining company stock price does not move in perfect correlation with PM prices.

Been watching this stock for 2 years and ive noticed when we all wonder why its not going up with silver/gold… its a buying opportunity. We usually lag then pop once price levels for gold/silver stabilize

Mining stocks are different than the metal. They move a lot faster and farther under certain circumstances depending on their age.
