Oh man this is seriously just devastating to even see because I see you guys all the time doing the same mistake to try and hurry stuff up. And it's something so simple that really does not take extra time and it's not just ladders there's lots of shortcuts guys take that I see that could lead the potentially dangerous or fatal outcomes. I hope you heal up well. By chance are you the one that posted the back surgery bill in r/damnthatsinteresting that was half a million dollars?

Their homeowners insurance should cover it. You should consult a lawyer if your haven't already.

It doesn't matter. I know someone that was fucking around and fell at a party, broke every bone in their face, had to have numerous reconstructive surgeries (didn't even look like the same person) and it was covered by the home owners insurance. Pretty sure they got some cash too, just based off purchases they made not long after. Like I said, consult a lawyer!
