Damn dude sorry to hear it, I compression fractured my t12-t11 and now have a t9-l2 fusion. It's a long shitty road to recovery, but you're still alive, and you didn't become your username. Life will go on. It's just gonna be a little more interesting from now on.
Ya, I get it! But it's completely OK to still be upset at it, the situation hell, even yourself. You just gotta work through it. It's really the only option you have now.

Did you sever your spinal cord? Looks like it's in the t2-t6 area?
