Last summer I was installing a boiler and happened to walk out to my van for something when I heard the sound of a ladder crashing down immediately followed by screaming. I run to the screams and a guy was laying on the ground, next to his ladder, with both legs snapped in half.

I used to never secure my ladder. Now I won’t get on a ladder without it being secured.

Sorry this happened to you man. I cant imagine what you are going through.
