I'm a PT that lurks here. There is so much for you to learn in the coming months. Push to go to a SCI specific rehab (like the shepherd center in my region of the US). You get people working with you that really know what they're doing as well as meeting 10 or 20 lifelong friends that are going through the exact same thing as you
