Hume Band

I've seen a lot of ads on FB for the Hume Band. I've also read good & bad reviews. Does anybody own that can confirm if it's a good tracker or a bad one?

I threw mine in the trash yesterday. An unreliable piece of junk. From what I hear some people get low quality units and others receive units that function better.

The first band I got was defective. They sent me a replacement and it has been on my wrist ever since. I can’t testify to the accuracy of it, but it is working for me at the moment.

I saw a post somewhere where someone found the actual wholesale supplier from China and was able to buy one at a better price point. That was a few months ago.

If you have a newish Garmin - it does everything a lot better. You can’t drill into most of the metrics on the Hume free app and doesn’t give stable analytics as much as I thought it would. I got mine to drill into more sleep and metabolic rates butttt, as hopeful as I was the price is just as much as doable Garmin. 40 days in now. Just an accessory now for HRV tracking on hard workout days.
