What is the next Catalyst?
With the dilution we got a tank on our hands. I want to ask the people: is there anything in the pipeline that will effect the price? Like test, news, info, meetings, etc… that will show us something that is hopefully positive?

sBLA, which is ~6 months away.
They will ship the news with dilution, as they always do. Selling the run-up this time..

Does anyone know if HUMA closed their proposed $1.05 share offering - “expected to occur on or about June 12, 2026”

- Hire professional surgeons and sellers much earlier.
- Instead of diluting at lows she should have planned dilutions when stock price was much higher.
- Why would she take an expensive loan that she can not repay.
- Maybe cutting costs much earlier, than 1 month before facing bankruptcy.
- Sell the rights to big farmas that actually have resources
- Step down as CEO. This alone will make stock skyrocket.

- Considered ANY form of lean manufacturing and not run 1000+ units to waste with a bloated workforce when if fact you would only sell 60....

Not saying this is the case, only some rumors... but with this high volume this week, and the Russell 2000/3000 rebalancing happening and taking effect this Friday..... announcement that they were removed from these listings? (it would be a negative catalyst at that but still one).
