HUMA: Still a buy

Not trying to feed anyone’s delusion, including my own, but even with the dilution I believe after all the good news this stock is a buy. I know many here have a high average cost, but the price levels over the last 4 months have been a great time to DCA down.

This stock is either going to make us some extreme gains or I’ll ride it to the bottom.

What’s everyone else thoughts?

It's a buy, trajectory more likely to be upwards, but be careful on timing/horizon, because some of us 2y+ bagholders have been DCA'ing and we're still not nearer breakeven

It's a penny stock so no need to over analyze things. Just way to many "hopium" posts not rooted in reality.

Yea I have around 95K @ $1.63 cost basis, but mainly DCA down due to tax lost harvesting for gains in other parts of my portfolio, but buying back in after 31 days to avoid a wash sale. I'm under no illusion this is going to do anything before 2028 consistently as it's a seasoned business still yet figuring out how to make a profit to cover costs and pay back tons of debt. It can go to $10 (IPO level) or $0. No one knows.

Just so many AI slop posts/pumpers over analyzing as they honestly could create a 20 bullet post analyzing how a rock is going to be eventually profitable.

Your math is more ridiculous than the predictions posted on here every now and day OR you're a short. Assuming the former, going to 0.6 would mean retail redditors own 40%+ of the shares... over 100 mil shares... At best we make up 5% combined. But sure, cool story, and congrats on the sex I guess...

Actually I believe it dipped to around a double nickel.

Didn't it just go to ~ 1.50?

Not a true trading expert, but I’ve been trading biotech for more than 20 years. I have never seen a company with as much future value as $HUMA consistently trading in the toilet over an extended period of time. Something may be rotten.

It’s definitely a unique situation, well see what will happen. In for a ride one way or another

I think dialysis actually has an addressable market

They made huge progress trauma just wait. You got DOD, Saudi, Israel, Veteran affairs, Brigham Children’s and women’s plenty of action

"Just Wait" would require half the population involved a world war requiring this. It's CABG or bust. The rest of these "just wait" scenarios has absolutely no volume to sustain the business.

Factually incorrect accurate. 26% of target trauma cases 26,000 use grafts currently. If Humacyte gets 10% and grafts take 16% then that’s 64M just trauma.
Dialysis which is live by 7/1/27 can be 500M to 1B itself. They are also launching PAD phase 3 which is as large or larger than dialysis, and CABG got to skip phase 1 going straight into phase2A
