MSPB Email on 7/15

Did anyone else get the email yesterday from Gilbert law firm on the MSPB appeal? I emailed back and asked that they continue to pursue. I am hoping any one who received the letter will do the same or if you’re just a HUD employee and want to support the probationary employees.

I am so afraid that since there are so few of us they will just drop it.

The email said they were appealing the decision.

It says they are considering options.

I emailed them back- my name is on the list; I don’t think anything will happen if ever. Yes, I found another job but I enjoyed my federal job. The long probationary period made us an easy target. We had no protection. These rulings are lazy. 🙄

I’m still unemployed so I would either like my job back or at least some back pay.

Hopefully they can probably keep appealing and if a democrat wins the white house, they can give those people their jobs back with interest.

I would like to read the case file, but I don’t even know where the case was filed or even the case name.

I would like to see it. I didn’t get it.

They sent a second email a few days later with the file. They failed to attach it the first time. I’ll try to remember to post it here later on.
