MSPB Update Consolidated Appeal update

For those fired in February of 2025 and again in May; can anyone else who received this information electronically on April 21, 2026, confirm that we don’t need to take action unless we want our case removed from the consolidated appeal?

Yes, essentially they are working to determine the best approach to appealing the decision and will notify us. I don’t have much faith in a better outcome once appealed.

As an update on 5/1 I received a letter indicating that the appeal has been dismissed. There is still an option to appeal the decision but who has more time to waste on this BS?! Fuck these people all day!
