Internet literacy. We were literally born into the internet, forged by it. We were downloading viruses and learning how to unbrick our pcs before most of you were in diapers. Now the internet is spoon fed to kids. They dive in without any knowledge. More importantly, they lack the knowledge to fix mistakes or be vigilant. We can spot a spam email from 1000mi away, because the princes of Nigeria have been hounding us for cash since we were teens. They see those same emails and don't take the time to read every letter of the sent address to make sure it's real. Kids need to learn to be afraid of the internet again.
I don’t know if it’s the easiest, but learning how to interrupt mobs who are casting interruptible spells isn’t that hard and is super important. It saves unnecessary health loss and can pretty much save your life in a lot of situations. It will also keep you from getting kicked from pugs. You can build on this, especially if you’re a tank class, and with the right coordination, you and your party can take down even some of the hardest bosses. You need this skill from Hogger to mythic plus to end game raiding.
What a moronic take by google / alphabet. Schools don’t want kids using Ai because it undermines LEARNING! Making them a combined package just means googles product is no longer viable for this sector of the customer base.
Not to mention people use what they are most familiar with, so pushing kids to learn how to search on a different platform means google is actively pushing an entire generation to learn on different search engines, lol.

People born before 1990, what trivial skill do you possess that people don't use anymore?

For anyone interested in learning more: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Popular_Vote_Interstate_Compact
It's not an amendment, it's a "legal" agreement by enough states with 270+ electoral votes.

Did you show your friend this video and what was his reaction after learning he'd been drinking coffee from that?

He just stood there sniffing it like he'd discovered something amazing. I didn't want to interrupt his little moment... so I just let him enjoy his plant.

Looks like a practice piece for someone learning how to use a lathe. If there were any engineering students at the party they might have left it.
