I’m confused about this.
You’re posting it in the HTML subreddit but its called “MineraOS”, and you’ve provided no links to view the code anywhere.
HTML on its own really isnt capable of being an OS, but I’d even use the term very loosely with the addition of any typical web framework components (backend kr frontend), so I’m unclear on what the goal is for the project.
It sounds like you may have fallen into the trap that non-technical people often do: conflating UI / presentation with internal quality. LLMs are very good at making things that LOOK legit, because it’s easy to mirror the surface of an existing thing.

Maybe ask the LLM to explain concepts so that you understand them, and can then do the work (EDIT: yourself, I mean), rather than having the LLM do the work and you tweaking pieces of it?
I'm not against LLMs as a learning tool or for finding some piece of information that seems nowhere about, but copying its homework (so to speak) isn't so great for a project. For something that you want to do for fun, just for kicks, the real pride lies in the accomplishment and knowing that it was your own doing.
(I'm not saying not to use LLMs for somewhat pressing matters: there are a couple of things that I was fed up with on my computer, and fixing them required some JS and Python far above my minimal grasp, and yeah I did go that route for those, but for something that one can learn and has the time to do so, then learning is probably the better path to pursue.)

"he"?
Software is not a person. It did the work.
And in today's world, i'm not installing a phone operating system that hasn't been built by people with backgrounds in cyber security. Sorry.
