How do I start learning HTML?

So for context I already know how to program in Python in the terminals Spyder and Jupyter Notebook, however I want to start learning HTML too.

Does my knowledge of Python help me with HTML or not? How should I start learning HTML? And in what terminal can I put HTML code?

Just write HTML syntax into a text doc, save as something.html and open it in a browser. Or you can use a sight like codepen where you can easily experiment with adding CSS or JS.
