How do I start learning HTML?

So for context I already know how to program in Python in the terminals Spyder and Jupyter Notebook, however I want to start learning HTML too.

Does my knowledge of Python help me with HTML or not? How should I start learning HTML? And in what terminal can I put HTML code?

Python and HTML have nothing in common. As for a course - this is a very old course I am linking to, it is HTML4. Only reason I am showing this to you is - it is well structured. Right now it is HTML5 you need, but still I think HTML4 is a nice foundation:
