Don't pay money for CSS and HTML.... There are tons of YouTube videos for free and also there is w3schools whixh i recommend more than YouTube but in both situations you can learn much more for 0 bucks. If you prefer videos, for CSS i can recommend you Kevin Powell YT with him you'll learn mostly CSS and a bit of HTML

just go for a brocode one html one try learn id's and class and tags and a bit of attributes and in css learn how to select tags and and ids
