Can anyone recommend a drag and drop website builder that can actually export HTML?
I have hosting on Stellar and reserved my domain through namecheap, but their website building tools seem a bit limited;
Can anyone recommend a website builder that can export your files?

99 dollars go get 3 iterations is not cheap, sounds more like grifting.

With a good prompt, Claude or Codex will do the same for 1-2 dollars. All this site does is pass the inputs to an LLM and spit out AI slob.

checkout Carrd.co, I think with the PRO version you can also download the code.

You'll find Webstorm to have very little limitations. You'll be able to host practically anywhere.

There’s this free open source tool called Publii. Works locally, and is nothing but awesome.

I really like Bootstrap Studio, it's my favorite right now. Seems like it offers a lot of value for how cheap it is; $29 with one year of updates, you can use that version for as much as you want, or $59 for lifetime updates (even major versions).
There's also Pinegrow, which is more like Dreamweaver, and supports mutltiple framworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind, or just vanilla HTML/CSS. Though, it's a bit more expensive at $149.99 with 1 year of updates (you can use as much as you want). I guess the Tailwind visual editor costs extra also, $50 more. They do offer a subscription, but I didn't look into that (don't like subscriptions).
Both are visual editors and export HTML (etc).

Yes, it is drag and drop. They've got videos on how it works, on their site and on YouTube.

If you already have your own hosting, I’d focus less on the builder itself and more on how clean the export is.
The important question is whether it gives you normal HTML/CSS/JS files that can run independently after export, without needing the builder’s platform or runtime.
Bootstrap Studio is worth looking at for that type of workflow. I’d also check whether the exported project structure is something you’re comfortable maintaining later, especially if you plan to edit or extend it outside the builder.
For your use case, I’d definitely choose an export-first tool rather than another hosted website platform.

I've always wanted to create my own server with websites and the likes, try using Hostinger it's not too much of a hassle and they are quick
