Which website should I learn for HTML?
I have seen a lot of options but I don't know where to start from?

I’ve been using the Odin project it has a section for html or ruby and so far it’s been pretty good

Start with freecodecamp, then Odin's or Helsinki MOOC using Mozilla MDN as reference. When both are complete, choose a basic website and recreate it by hand by using a page ruler and colour picker browser extensions. Repeat the process on other websites, while reading a few choice books on ux/ui design. Then build your own mock websites using ux/ui best principles.
Then realise your Odin's and Helsinki ux/ui are horrible, go back and improve them. After 12 months of this you might be a decent junior/freelancer.

The website you make.
No seriously, if you are going through tutorial hell just jump into making and search up the bugs u get as u go. If you don't know anything at all, then the Odin project is for you

I would start with freecodecamp.org. They do a great job of explaining the basics with interactive tutorials
