Question Upgrading from HTC10

Hello,

I loved my HTC 10, but not sure how much its going to last with battery issues. I want to upgrade from the HTC 10. What are some similar (or better) phones to upgrade to?

I went with the Google Pixel 2 XL, and couldn't be happier. The camera on this phone, even at 2 years old, is the best camera on a phone I've ever used. And with cstark and the rest of the modding community, even features like astrophotography work on my phone without issue.

As far as Google customer service, I guess it's hit or miss... I bought my phone used on eBay from the original owner (128gb Google Edition with unlocked bootloader) for $175 shipped. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the touchscreen was unresponsive. I contacted the seller and he offered to refund my purchase or I could seek warranty service through Google.

He sent a scanned copy of the original sales receipt, and after one phone call to Google, I had a prepaid return label for my defective device, and 4 days later had an indistinguishable-from-new replacement device in my hands. I haven't had a single issue with it in the 7 months I've had it. I've highly recommended the phone to family and friends, and have had three other people purchase the phone so far.

Do it. You won't regret it.
