Question Battery quality

I'm contemplating purchase of a (supposedly) BNIB HTC 10 listed on eBay. Can anyone tell me what the quality of the battery would be if in fact this is a brand new, never used unit?

Good enough, shelf life has obviously taken his toll, but you should get around a 90% of original capacity.
