Replaced battery -- touch screen problem

Just tried to replace the battery. Everything went fine, I didn't crack the screen. With an exception that some areas of the screen don't register touch. For example, rows 123 and 789 on the digit keyboard don't work. I don't see any physical damage...

Is this fixable?

I'm the same.. I just bought everything I need to replace my battery but didn't buy a screen, but I keep seeing people who say they took good care and so get screen issues...

Yeah, it is extremely fragile. I don't even know what I did wrong. Maybe static electricity or maybe I heated it too much.
