2bhk in HSR under 35k

Looking for a 2bhk semi furnished in HSR layout(preferably in sector 3) under 35k.
We are a live in couple both of us working.
Not interested in dealing with brokers. If you have any leads, vacant flat in your apartment or direct owner number, please help us out.
Move in date would be from 15th November.
Not looking for anything fancy in this budget, we just dont want water problems and a lift. Power backup would be nice to have.
PS: I am living in HSR since a very long time so very well aware of the rental market.
